Rasika Dugal attended  Manto Screening at Cannes Film Festival 201 and she was seen in beautiful navy blue long frock with simple embroidery work on the yoke  with perfect cut out on the back with a finishing touch with leather belt .  She completed her look with simple center parted hair bun and finished her look with pink lips.
